Neither of us finished our food order because the food was terrible. Cleaning is not something that happens enough, the entire bartop was very sticky (imagine syrup being spread on a countertop). Neither of them would wash their hands after playing with hair, before making drinks. Then another bar tender started playing with that girls hair too. One female bar tender continually played with her hair in between making drinks. You have to wait until they are done gossiping or texting on their phones before you can order a drink or food. If you try to get the attention of the bar staff, they will make eye contact with you multiple times, and then just continue their own conversation. Hospitality is not something that is practiced here. You can taste the smoke in the air.īAR: I find it bizarre that the bar staff were bothered by people wanting to order food or drinks.
The ventilation system leaves a lot to be desired.
The cigarette smoke is so overwhelming as soon as you walk into the casino. This is our stopover for the evening, and we will NEVER BE BACK. DON'T STAY HERE! We are a current guest of this hotel.
